hey, i’m analisa!
here for you in the transformative space between hope and healing
As a human who once held so tightly to the illusion of control, I understand how you may be feeling stuck, lonely, and overwhelmed. As someone who has worked hard at recovering from perfectionism and people-pleasing, I empathize with the feeling of unworthiness and like your human-sized needs are just “too much”.
For too long, I operated with perfectionism and extreme independence. I binged information without experiencing real transformation. With my training as a licensed mental health professional, RTT® provider, and my personal therapy journey, I have unlearned so many of these limiting beliefs that kept me stuck. I now know that relying on others for support doesn't make me a burden. Instead, I am made whole by connecting with others, softly landing in seasons of receiving amidst my giving nature. Dosing myself with daily compassion, realistic expectations, and oh so much grace for this human experience.
Now I’m here to give to you some compassion and support on your journey.
As your coach or theapist, I can guide you in unlearning your limiting beliefs and moving beyond the confines of what keeps you stuck. Together, we can build up your inner resources, so you can live intentionally and connect deeply with others.
I'm uniquely equipped to help you navigate liminal spaces and embrace ambiguity. With my personal experience and professional training, we can work together to overcome burnout, low self-worth, and lack of confidence.
You deserve to live a life of intention, connection, and joy. Let's work together to help you build the confidence and self-worth you need to thrive.
more about me

I am mixed race, Mexican American. I am deeply grateful for my immigrant great-grandparents and their desire to invest in future generations by uprooting my great-aunts and uncles from Mexico and journeying to the US. I also carry their grief for the rich cultural practices that were minimized and lost to survive.
Being a mixed-race human, I am familiar with the in-between. The older I get, the more fully I lean into these liminal spaces. Here, I have discovered a powerful language that gives rich meaning to my experiences and identity, the intersectionality that is me. Yet, I still claim the ambiguity and I will remain curious in the liminal space.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with over 15 years of experience in the mental health field. Being an LMFT means I see the bigger picture relationally and systemically – how our connections impact our journey. I understand many of the power dynamics and privileges that play a role. My approach seeks to address disparities and enhance access to resources within familial, societal, and cultural contexts. I hope that this allows for a more inclusive and equitable understanding of individuals within larger systems.
just for fun
I am an Enneagram 5 and I am always, always learning. You will find me reading multiple books at once, I love to read fiction and non-fiction alike!
Nature walks are my happy place, I feel deeply connected to green spaces, especially trees. You will find me enjoying the outdoors in all seasons.
Going deep in relationships is important to me. I always prioritize spending time with those I love. I have three amazing kiddos that teach me more about myself and being human everyday.
